there is usually something in your account info which shows how far through the wagering requirement you are.  If not sure where to look just ask customer services.

These days the bonuses are nothing more than scams.  e.g stake and bonus to be recycled 40 times with low house edge games only counting for say 20% of value stake so in real terms you need to cycle things 5 x 40 times.
