id imagine westender they might tell you to adjust the p/l date search thing to include the dates required. Then you'd have some idea how much you won in the qualifying period and go from there.

I keep my own track of any premium charges owed so it doesn't really bother me but there should have been contact from Betfair about the problem.

They seem to be too busy developing the next downgrade, so dont have the necessary manpower to address real problems that inconvenience their long term loyal customers.

I contacted them by email and specifically asked for a copy of 22/6 to 28/6 PC portal and they've sent me 29/6 to 5/7 which I can print for myself.
