BF will aim to please and get new custom - that's something like under 25 ,male , died in the wool working class - habitual gamblers .
if it's multi coloured screens with naked ladies on the side of the page with a bloke dressed as a parrot shouting ,then that's job done for BF . if we can't see that then we're the dumb ones |

i know for certain that when you start typing in the betslip on the new site, the data you enter is posted to betfair before you click submit. now, one of the new features of the new site is that it remembers unsubmitted bets on your betslip, and this is almost certainly why this functionality is there. i'm not entirely sure it's required. how many people were complaining that when they navigated away from one market the site had forgotten the data they entered on that bet slip for that market. Maybe plenty of people were, but it seems like it would be good if people were told about this and could opt out. |

@DStyle - that 'memory' function in the betslip is gradually being done away with, sport by sport. The 'new' betslip (two tabs not three, doesn't do multiples) doesn't do that.

@Viva - I'm probbaly missing something here but I have all 19 lines of the Juventus v Real Madrid CS market on screen on both sites side-byy-side (on a decent size desktop monitor, to be fair) and comparing the old and new site they both have about an inch of market header between the top selection and the bottom of the site header? What're you seeing that's pushing your rows out of site?

Longbridge, do you have bets on the CS? If so, are you showing your Cash Out and your Profit and Loss on each line? It's those options which prevent me seeing all scores. Now I'm happy to deselect Cash Out from the Options (and this removes a huge section from the header) but I need to see my Profit and Loss on each line and this alone is enough for me to see down to 3-1 and no further w/o scrolling.
If I reduce my screen to 90% (using Chrome) I can get down to Any Other Home Win but the numbers are almost too small, especially the amounts under the odds. |

Another thing is if you scroll down your betslip with your mouse scrolling thing, it also scrolls down the market, which is a complete pain in the arse.

With you on the P&L thing - looks like the new site adds more 'padding' above and below the red/green figures than the old?
On the other, I have a scroll bar the right of the left hand menu, another to the right of the MV and another to the right of the betslip, and the only one that moves when I use the mouse wheel is the one the mouse pointer is over, so I can scroll MV or betslip by moving the mouse to each. Using Firefox, in case this is a behaviour that varies with browser. |

@DStyle - apologies, I should have checked before posting. Looks like the old 3-tab betslip is gone from all the market views and only lingers in the sport/competition/event pages (which I never bet from anyway)

Ah, the scrolling might be a Chrome issue as a couple of months ago even the old site developed a problem for me when scrolling (specifically, when using a smaller window, clicking on an up or down arrow in the betslip causes the entire slip to scroll down a fair distance).
