I requested £25 on a selection and was told that I may have £10. I can however, refer my full bet to a trader for approval, so I did.
This is not an instant decision as with every other bookmaker that offers referrals (ie a little swirly animation whilst the bloke at the other end thinks about it). It says 'This may take a few minutes. Please check back later'.
I look in my bet history a few minutes later, and the ENTIRE of my£25 bet has been 'Rejected', and my balance is at £25. The £10 they said they'd let me have has not been placed either!
I then go back to re-add the selection to the betslip to take the £10 and they have now cut the price.
Needless to say I have withdrawn my money and will not be returning to this absolute shower. What bunch of Charlestons!
They share same odds with 32red and paf sportsbook. If you are limited to peanuts and try to refer a bet to the trader they will always reject it and cut the odds.

I have no problem with them rejecting the amount above the pre-approved limit, but to not let me have anything at the price offered and moving it on air is a pure scummy move imo

Yomomma that's not true. I often found they'd take more. How often I don't know, but I'd take a stab it was over 50% in my experiences. Then again I wasn't taking arbs. If it was an arb I certainly wouldn't have requested more.
Lesson .. Take what they'll give you and refer the rest, rather than refer the lot.
