How come I am all of a sudden getting charged a deposit fee?

Same for me, no charge yesterday, put some in early this morning and got charged. Some funny stuff going on on the site, iPad app won't let me deposit phone will. Raising a ticket if no update by later this morning.

Some very funny stuff going on indeed.  I have raised the issue.  Keep me posted.

Just had the following chat on Live Assistance;

Antoine: There's always a fee when depositing using a visa.
Paul Harper: No there isn't, not a debit card. I have used it for years, and have never had to pay a fee, until this morning.
Antoine: Let me double check about. You're from the UK?
Paul Harper: Yes.
Antoine: Ok Paul bear with me a second
Antoine: Hi Paul yes there was actually an issue about this
Paul Harper: OK
Antoine: This has already been raised and they are working on it

At least you got a response! I've not had anything back yet, let me know if you get it resolved please!

Will do.  I can't believe more people aren't raising the issue here.  It must be happening to a lot of people.

Yes they replied to me basically saying that there was a glitch with the system.  They have credited the 1.5% to my account.

A "glitch" .. aye very good, they only refund those that notice the charge or complain about it
