Paypal Withdrawal Times

Anyone else noticing that Paypal deposits are much later now than they were less than a month ago.  If I withdrew at 8 or 9 in the evening, it would be in my Paypal account by no later than 9 or 10 the following morning.  Now, if I withdraw at the same time, the money is still available to reverse at 10 or 11 the following morning meaning I dont receive it until 8 or 9 the following evening.  I know it says it can take 24 hours but when I've been receiving it for so long, so early and now so late, are they just holding onto our money for longer for interest purposes?  At a time when BF seem to be upsetting alot of their customers surely they can't be looking for more ways to piss off the ever dwindling number of people who are satisfied their services.
