without reading the link, it's an e-mail that BF ceasing the exchange in many countries across europe.
Or just one country. The email's about Austria, there's a lot of "2+2=500" on the thread on Tennis.
It's no flipping wonder it's getting harder and harder to find counter-parties to bets, is it?!?

The countries listed are the only ones where commission still is 5%, and where BF has some sort of license.
