ive turned over 1000s on betfair over the last few years only ever recieved 2 bets free,one was a fiver on a football match the other ascot promotion £25 , surely betfair cant be this stingy they make millions, ive been on to customer services and explained thati recieve free bets from rivals all the time. i mean 20-10-2012 and 16-3-2013 for 2 free bets ..... just wondering if others recieve free bets , ive checked my phone number and settings online and they are up to date...cheers garry

They have the worse customer service in the industry and make no effort at all. I requested a market for the main event for the UFC brazil, a headline fight for a UFC card. They ignored my message and still haven't put a market up even though it's 2 days before the event, and they have undercard fights up, undercard fight up, but not the main event?

Try betting elsewhere Betfair are rubbish. I get free bets and reload bonuses from all other bookmakers and exchanges. Even Smarkets who are only a small exchange gave me a free £10 on the champions league final.
I have a losing account with Youwin and they regularly give me reload bonuses ranging from £20-£100.

Having provided Betfair with a significant 6 figure sum in commission charges, I haven't had one single miserable free bet in all my time here.
And if I did receive one I'd tell them impolitely where to shove it.

I am in a similar position to loper. If you pay PC it is even worse. I think they only give free bets to mugs who havn't deposited for a while. The amount of PC i have paid i would expect free tickets to some sporting event or something like that, nevermind a free bet 
They seem to give free bets to the smaller players who perhaps bet on an irregular basis (mugs according to the above poster)and thus encourage them to bet more. This then helps bookie 25 and his ilk to continue to make substantial profits and pay the PC.
