Hello chaps,
Can anyone please help with some advice. I'm seriously looking to move from UK to Spain but I know that Betfair is no longer legal/accessible from there.
My usual bet is to lay in the Correct Score football (soccer) market.
Am I right in thinking that sites such as Bet365 and Bwin are both operating in Spain legally, but (unlike Betfair) neither seem to offer a correct score market?
Would it simply be a case of me effectively having the same bet by backing under ot over 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, etc, goals in-play?
Any news on Betfair re-gaining a Spanish licence?

I think someone on here mentioned a program that hides your ip address which will allow you to access bookmakers.It's on the where you can get betfair around the world thread.

Have just done a quick comparison of odds available in the Correct Score market for tonight's Arsenal v West Ham game and Bet365 just can't compete with Betfair.
For example, to lay 0-0 I would have to back OVER 0.5 goals for £1,000 with Bet365 to win just £30. The price to back is a mind-numbing 1.03.
To lay 0-0 at odds of 19.5 on Betfair with a £30 stake, my liability would be £555 - almost half of what I'd have to risk with Bet365 to win the same amount.
There are some ridiculous markets offered by Bet365.

plechy,if accessing betfair is vital i suggest that you try the proxy in practice out there before you make the move.i had the hideyourass programme in france last year & although it gave me full access to the site it wouldnt let me make a bet.dont forget you can always ring a bet/place an order by phone
You haven't a hope in making it on correct scores using bookies markets as the over-round will kill you

Thanks, but I think I really need to talk to an ex-pat who is now living out there in Spain and continuing to punt on Betfair unhindered by geography.
