Don't have the energy to use "system" on horse racing ( intend to start in MARCH)......so starting a FOOTBALL "guessing" thread to see if can keep "reasonable" control on STAKING.
Had some LUCK on Correct Score betting a few years ago....making about £20,000 from starting ban £2,000......BUT blew all of it away when INTERNATIONAL matches started ( last World Cup etc ) through some OVER STAKING combined with bad "guessing"!
Only starting with £450 bank and will restrict betting to £2 minimum and £36 maximum on a selected match. Likely the main initial bet will be £6 to start.....with smaller hedging bets if I feel might come in handy as match progresses.
Will review STAKING at end of each week.....if last that long
....
Bets will probably be mainly in OVERS ,HT/FT and Correct Scores markets.

I suspect MU will allow ARSENAL a lot of possession 1st half and try to steal a goal right before HT......or to go for win 2nd half.
If ARSENAL score first 1st half......then game should open up and further goals likely.....thus main bet is on OVER 2.5 goals.
A lot of pressure on both teams for different reasons......but the clash of styles of play are likely to lead to at least a couple goals in game.....and would not be surprised if finishes 1-1.....thus covered 1-1.
With ROONEY and the dutchman back, I favour MU winning this one ....as MU surely will improve their crossing to give them chances to score, which likely they will take in such a match.
Ideal scenario would be MU scoring and leading 1st half....or early goal from ARSENAL....either can happen....and my guess one of them will happen 1st half.

LEON game costly due to RED CARD and me wrongly laying DRAW/LEON instead of LAY on DRAW/DRAW.....
Missing 4 lays by seconds when in process of laying CSs probably cost approximately £120....
MU game finishing 0-0 costly too....
Plenty missed chances in games ensured a big loss for day!
The limit on £36 a game has already failed....and generally my "guesses" were "poor" especially early on.
Was close to getting those 4 missed lay opportunities on......and that was frustrating, as my instincts were improving on watching later matches.....
Big LOSS down to LEON error by me.....and the OVER STAKING.....
BANK down to £313 roughly................( would have been worse had it not been for racing profit)...so will keep thread going to see if can improve on "guesses" and instincts as to when to lay a CS....( roughly 18 seconds out on the 4 missed lay opps today!!!).

Was not using "system" for horse racing bets....just "ad-libbing" with small stakes.
The last game with LANUS was very likely to finish 0-0 with no decent shots at goal ....and many bad attempts to score. I know my bet on that match was a CHASE bet.....no doubt about that....just could not "guess" games well enough to make a profit.....Too many bad guesses....
So back to horse racing for me I will leave FOOTBALL alone for a while ......well til World cup comes

Was not using "system" for horse racing bets....just "ad-libbing" with small stakes.
The last game with LANUS was very likely to finish 0-0 with no decent shots at goal ....and many bad attempts to score. I know my bet on that match was a CHASE bet.....no doubt about that....just could not "guess" games well enough to make a profit.....Too many bad guesses....
So back to horse racing for me I will leave FOOTBALL alone for a while ......well til World cup comes

Unlucky DFC - I too had a bet on that last match. Was looking to trade off my original draw back bet .... but the more I watched the game the more I thought both teams looked fairly evenly matched ... so I ended up not greening up as quickly as I originally planned .... some big hits on the footy so stick with your horse racing as it looks like you are doing well with that.
