I used to think he was nuts to leave PP to come to such a clueless company. Seeing what he's done (or not done) I'm starting to wonder if he ever truly left PP.
Has there been a single improvement to the exchange since he came in. I thought it was their core product but it just looks like an ailing and neglected cash cow.
