Can anyone please advise as to the best tablet for active Betfair use?  I am considering the Nexus 7 as a possibility, but as i know next to nothing about these things i would be grateful for any useful advice.  Many thanks.

The nexus 7 is good, but I'd advise getting one with a bigger screen.
Zoombet is the best app and it runs on android systems.

the ones with the dove print are quite good. crush them up and shoot em up the harris..makes the whole betfair experience very pleasurable.

As a matter of interest is this for some betfair tablet app, or just a web browser? I'd find entering bets fast without a keyboard a right royal pain.

I have tried several, and (imo) they are all p1sh for Betfair.

I don't really like tablets but apparently there's some Tesco one coming out that's cheap. I'm not sure really how much difference one android vs another android tablet are, assuing they are reasonabyl fast.

will you get Clubcard Points when you submit a Bet via a Hudl?

in fact, that's probably where BF marketing have missed a trick ... BF Terminals at every Tesco checkout could work miracles  for liquidity.

Given my betting recently has been the quality of Tesco Value Betting it would make sense for me to use a HUDL Laugh

I have given this a lot of thought. And it's quite a tricky problem.

But I think on balance the best tablet for Betfair would be Imodium.
It works for me. Laugh

the tesco one isnt really cheap. its about 130 quid. theres probably 20 tablets cheaper than that on amazon. plus the tesco one looks like junk.i got a blackberry playbook with 64gb for about that price. its not right good for betfair though, pretty fiddly cos the text is so small. probably a problem on a lot of smaller tablets.

Isn't tesco one < 100 if you have a clubcard or something? Not saying they are brilliant but I thought they were "cheap" and it runs android, not blackberry OS or whatever they run.
Report sideshowbob September 28, 2013 3:09 PM BST
dunnno. i saw it at 130 i think. theres plenty of android ones for 100 quid, some a lot less, ok not exactly brand names but then neither is tesco really

Fair enough. I have no need for one it would just be a toy, I'd get bored with it and it would gather dust.
(My phone is android so from what I've seen of android tablets its that scaled up?!)

£60 with double up point vouchers Cool
Report Just Checking October 7, 2013 9:05 PM BST
Just £60? That's a bargain. If I could get it for that I might get it just for the funz, and reading books on transport or whatever.
