Beginning 15.08.2013 Betfair forced them no longer pay cashback (maybe not even Neteller Points). What an horror story with this formerly great company called betfair In combination with their new commission and discount rates for different countries Customers are nothing else than chessmen for them Unbelievably
You are able to deposit and withdraw with Neteller but greedy betfair forced Neteller no longer to pay any cashback for deposits. It´s easy to understand betfairs motivation behind this and maybe if that would be all, it would be ok. But in combination with bf´s new and very unfair commission and discount rates policy, that´s just another example how a formerly great company turned into greedy and customer-unfriendly company that most users hate these days.

I've noticed the same but surely you didn't expect this to last. Neteller clearly make money from people depositing, Betfair clearly pay on our behalf to take deposits and you can make instantaneous transfers in and out.
I'm going to guess you move money in and out quite a lot (again, I had this problem). The people who should be upset are those who deposit occasionally and keep funds in. We've sort of ruined it for them.

I understand betfair don´t want to pay cashback and surely there are some customers who deposit and withdraw money unnecessary, for a little bit of cashback.
But there are other ways to stop these, with a rollover for any deposit for example.
But i admit, i´m feeling much more pissed because bf increased their commission for Austria (and a lot of other countries) this cash-back thing is just another brick in the wall
