I'm sure others do this but often when I'm inputting my stake, I try and do it too quickly and make a mistake so I have to do it again. BUT, there's been times when I've tried to lay too much (by mistake) and Betfair hasn't accepted it cos I haven't had enough money in my account. Phew! I've also backed meaning to lay cos I've rushed into things too much. Sometimes I panic cos I think someone else will beat me to the odds!
So typing one extra zero could be fatal if you've got the money in your account!!!

have you ticked the ''confirm bets'' checkbox? if not do it
It's funny but when I read your message I had to pretend to put a bet on. I knew it wouldn't be matched.
It's crazy but I've just realised that I have got 'confirm bets' ticked BUT it's like I ignore it and just keep pressing the mouse button.
It's such a habit that I don't even think about it!
I need to be more aware and stop and think what I'm doing.
