A ridiculous post. You clearly never went racing. If you did, you would see just a couple of books
open up, in this case 7/4, no response, then 15/8, then 2/1, some nibbles, maybe a little 9/4, knock
over back to 15/8, taken, the others join in now the market has settled, we would have all 5 books
showing either 7/4 or 15/8, post time the firms move in to shorten up the fav SP 13/8.

ok then .apart from every single racecourse in the country, travelling with various bookies, clerks, tic tacs etc..but no youre right, carry on

yeah 3 teams of bookies, tic tacs and clerks, that doesnt equal every member of the racing fraternity, i really dont know where youre going with this, i suppose i should be flattered by the attention but to be honest it bores me.

I can't get over your seeing 5 bookmakers showing 5 different
prices for the favourite! Who were these bookmakers and when
did it happen? It's a real collectors item.

from the first day i started betting he was there, in the 70's, its going to be weird without him

Still claim to be younger than 60? You can't bet till you are 18, 1970 was 43 years ago!
18+43=61.

and i cant get over how you think its so absurd that 5 bookies out of 40/50 bookies can possibly show slightly different prices about a horse...

Oh Dear...

Kenilworth now arguing with someone about their age...

What a doleful, bewildered, bitter, vexatious ,frothing, declining, repugnant, fekin old man you are, Ken.

Look at yourself ffs.

How can a man of your supposed age behave as though he had just swum out of his old geezer's nadgers ?

You clearly have nothing in your life to do.

Get a hobby. Grow some veg. Get a dog. Take up piano lessons. Go buy some new socks.... Just get off of here to prevent further embarrassment.

by the way a quick check on oddschecker sees the following offered prices for parker ridge in the maiden race..

11/4, 3/1, 10/30,7/2 and 4/1

thats 5 yes 5 different prices and the racecourse as we know is even more varied and volatile than that

is it really so unbelievable to see for example 5 different course bookies going about the favourite...

10/11, evens, 11/10,5/4, 6/5???

Not read every post so apologies if this has been covered. Regarding visiting every race course.

1979- could have visited your first track as 5 year old with your parents, making you about 39 y/o. Or, at the other end of the spectrum

1970, as an 18 y/o would make you 61 y/o

Any age between 39-61 is more than feasible.

You said 7/4, 15/8, 2/1, 9/4 and 5/2.Not the above.
----------------------------------------------------

kembo, he could have been 30 when he first went to a race track
in 1970 and that would make him 73!
Take your pick!!

maggot, I have been ragged about age on here (63), for a long time,
by 3 particular posters and it turns out one of them is over 60!
I really don't care how old anyone is, but I get angry when I
get taunted about it, especially the one who is 60+.

The problem with SCOM & his 'mental disorder' alter egos is that he thinks he knows it all when the fact is, he has nothing. I keep hearing the word 'breakdown' but the only one having a breakdown is this SCOM polluting the forum, logging in and out of username after username all day long. Get a life SCOM, your plan did not work, so move on and learn a little IMO.

I still say he's a moderator Wink Who cares if the forum disappears?

Looking at the typos you have made in the last

are over 70!

You say you don't care how old anyone is yet your next post again goes on about someones age.

I don't post on here or visit the forum nowadays very often and god I can see why. The sooner this forum closes the better for a lot of you.

fouraces, I basically agree with what you say, but if you had
been ragged, as I have been, for the last few months, by certain
characters, you would not be posting as you have. GL.
