Betfair keep on trying to direct you to sportsbook. Most firms welcome you but deposit with betfair and you have to pay a surcharge. They wonder why people aren't queuing up to join. Oh they'll also make up your losses. No wonder they're struggling.

Just deposited more funds and got charged 2%. Does any firm other than Betfair charge you to put money into your account?
Paypal but Betfair only b/making firm that ever charge me
