Why do companys give free bets?  Just seen advert for Betfair with £25 free bets for tonight on Manchester football game.  Are there realy so many peoples who have never had bet before, ever ever?  Seems like there cant be that many peoples surely?

Do these adverts work, or shoud there be better gimicks?
