I remember reading a thread about the odds of a horse right before the off and then right into in-play that stated some 92% of those horse odds went down or something to that effect? I can seem to find the thread anymore ... anyone remember that thread and can send me a link or give me a tip on finding it?

the "SP conciliation" just at the off grabs from all directions (their math algorithms) and 7 to 10 % down is common. I have left up lays with no keep that are, say 4 ticks down (5.50 just before the off, I have 5.10) and it will get matched.
Keep bets, almost every time but not always.
But below 11/1, there is definitely some reach down.
