Thanks for the reply Gin. I'm a bit of a plum when it comes to computers so I need further assistance. I've managed to apply the link as a bookmark, what do I do next?  Thanks for your help

Patsy,

open chrome and open betfair.

Select your market

In a new tab, open the Gruss link.

Touch on betfair refresh and DRAG IT to Betfair tag.

Hit OKAY (1000 = 1 second / adjust if you want)

I'm using firefox - Once I am on the market I want, I just select "Betfair Refresh" from my bookmarks and a dialogue appears. Enter 1000 for 1 second (2000 for 2 secs etc.) and hit OK.
