Probably not. At least, they're under no obligation to do so. The onus is on you to ensure you comply with the terms of your self exclusion.
Think of it this way, if you'd won a 'fair bit' and they'd worked out you were a self-excluded punter betting under false pretences, would you be happy for them to remove your winnings and return your stakes? |

would you have paid it back had you won? It isn't refunded in shops, not sure about on-line, but doubt it.

I agree with you Tess and Bolt, I would expect them to pay me :) The only reason I ask is that I have recently been on the live chat for VC bet requesting my bonus £25 to which they replied that I already had been self excluded on my previous account therefore my losses were being refunded, to the tune of £300. Ill take that over a bonus any day. I am happy with my Will Hill account however i may be inclined to close it in the near future - especially if there is a loophole to get the money back.
