Hi Undern,

Only joking mate!!! Had seen the last few challenges you had done then re started them again.

Still look at the dogs but not enough liquidity unless I play Thursday - Saturday.

Thought I'd try again but strict on these two bets and not set a % or £ on a daily basis as it's too easy to bet on everything and get carried away, chase then lose.

If it goes it goes but want to stick to these two as I feel I have a good chance with laying one of the nags in a fairly big field.  Also with the football, plenty of games I feel tend to have more goals than 0 or 1.  Giving it my final bash as its getting boring!!!

Despite my Aussie humour .... I wish you all the best with your challenge.

are the horses just random lays or do you do plenty homework?

I have a study but as we all know anything can happen.  IF we could all pick a single horse a day and be guaranteed it not to win we would all be quids in.  Unfortunately that isn't the case.  I try to pick big fields with a few that I think have a chance and then based on form, draw and conditions i try to find one that will struggle.

With the football I try to find a game where I feel that either the 0-0, 1-0 or 0-1 are not value bets to be backed and compare recent form, H2H & team news to try and find a lay of one of the results.

Undern, you are a wise fellow, that is what I'm trying to do. 

Sosay, to be fair you have to be confident in what you are laying so really if I'm pretty sure that the horse will struggle then I may as well try and make the max profit.  With the 2 football fixtures buth layed at 1-0 first gmae ended up 3-2 and the 2nd 3-0. As I've said befire anything can happen but trying to get a decent size then wil lower the stakes.

I am desperately trying to avoid the football as whenever I would like goals they don't come in and when I don't they come in a bit too easily. Got hit in that last challenge by a couple of games towards the end ... where score was 2-2 within 20mins or so ... yet no more goals ....

Looking back after the first 8 days,  still shows a profit of £75.72 and would have been another £198 if I hadn't lost that Arsenal v Swansea bet this evening, oh well!!!  Some you win some you lose.
Hopefully this will start to show a profit going forward and not bore everyone to death!!!
I've decided to not chase the bets on the nags and like today if there is not a race with 14 runners in than it will be a no-bet.

I went heavy on under 3.5 goals in last night's Arsenal game ... simply thought Swansea might go there with a (hopefully) tight defence etc ... lots of chances for Arsenal so unlucky with your bet.

Still a profit is a profit .... look at it from a bank increase % .... I assure you there is a lot more people out there enjoying reading your thread as opposed to being bored to death with it ....

Didn't have a chance to look at anything today or tonight as was busy working, need to pay the bills.    I will start agsin tomorrow by splitting the balance between both of the horses and and football but have decided to still lay in fields with a minimum of 10 runsers as this gives me more opportunty to get a bet on.

Also will now until I get the balance back up to £500 not limit the bets I have a day abut will list those on here.
