Strategy - Question

Hi guys thought id try something new as i seem to get up a few hundred dollars then lose it all every time. I put in 30 and am putting 50% of the winnings "in the bank" (after BF's take)

Ive copied and pasted how its currently going but just wanted to ask what do you guys think the strategy should be if i lose? (Goal is to get to 1k for a holiday) or if you think i should change it now.

I know nothings perfect in this game but i find it interesting how you guys think is best to approach this
