Just seen the reward chest offer where I have to get 4000 points in 17 days from 4/10/12 to 21/10/12. I had booked a betfair holiday this week as didn't no they would be having this offer so I miss the first 4 days, as any points earned in a betfair holiday don't count. That means I have to get 4000 in 13 days which is ridiculous for me. I phoned them up to ask about it and the first mug I spoke to didn't even know what the reward chest was so not much of a help.
They should really let people know in advance when they have a reward chest offer otherwise if you book a betfair points holiday it's useless.

^^ lol, noticed a pattern which is quite obvious. If you're a small bettor, I.e past 3 months turnover less than 1k then reward + points is ok, however when you get to larger money instead of going up in proportion you get a high target with the same payout, I.e £30k turnover target for £5.
Investor you must bet a fair bit. They've had this reward chest a few times and previously I had to reach a points target for £10 and £25 if I remember rightly. This time it was for £50 which would've been a nice bonus.
