Hi, can it be that generally there seem to be more and more goals in the games today and the odds are too low for that?

A far too general comment. What league, and over what period of time is this proposition based on?
Over maybe one year, and especially the lower leagues in France, England and Germany, in that order.
So far this season I think there has been above average goals scored
but it is normal at this time of the year, (August, September), but it
usually drops back after that, then rises again in March and April.
