Having played and lost on a bit greyhound, USA Racing and then a bit more this morning (while going over the UK Horse Cards) I lumped on a lay of HT/FT North Queensland in the NRL ... luckily Many hit top gear right from the start .... I actually didn't enjoy the feeling of lumping on something which I had lost would have set me back in this challenge quite a bit ... anyone hopefully back to normal.

The last two days have been noted for - 19th Sept where I lost an extra large bet (£450+) on a main horse lay selection and yesterday where I layed a horse outside the relevant odds range I use when laying that type of selection ... also greyhound losses have also made it tougher to get back on track. Aren't you better studying the form and picking one or 2 bankers and risking a little more?
I'm also concerned about your opening statement about winning .1 to 1% on your current bank. I'd rather be pessimistic and risk less than 3% on an selection, I never think what I can win but what I can afford to lose. Maybe that's just me btw. |

Although the UK Horse Racing didn't go so well today ... still had nice wins in the football and darts. Bank now up to £3348 ... well in truth I have a very small bet on Whitlock in the darts final ... so either £3300 or approx. £3348 which is new high (just) .... will update when have more time tomorrow.
Ovalman. - thanks for the comments. Everyone does things differently which what makes this place what it is ... with the horse UK lay bets I will be settling them (broadly) back down to 1% win and max of 5% of bank liability. |
