Level 5 and 6...achievable.

I belong to a private circle in the states (200 members). We are expected to give 10 minimum / 20 max bets per month and the collective ROI comes in around 25%.

The top 5 (out of 200), at a glance, are constant at between 22% and 35% (hi's and lows).

Level 5 and 6 will be, most likely, unattainable and will push some players into "tilt" to chase a goal.

I have not your experience about ROI and win average, but I think you are right. If we could use combo bets the achieve of Level 5, 6 will be easier. I am going to ask tipleaders about this.
From the other side I think they will secure that the tipsters of each Level could offer credible picks.
