Looking at setting up a trading room South London (Streatham ish) and interested to see if there would be any custom from here. How much would people be willing to pay daily for a seat with fast pics?

Save your money and try another project. These trading room are dead on their ars*s.

Also, given the biggest potential markets the London offices have never really taken off, apart from perhaps Elitebet in the early years.  There is no reason to expect anything more than a couple of casual customers at any new venture.

I looked into starting one.  I had the site (near Liverpool Street Station) and the plans/budget drawn up.

The numbers didn't make sense and didn't offer a decent return.

If it did make sense, I always thought betfair themselves would set up rooms for no other reason than having a platform to promote the brand.
