Betfair Customer Services 05 Mar 12 12:37 Betfair has launched a new web tool enabling users to view the Exchange prices and place bets on Betfair while browsing the websites of its competitors.
‘Betfair Everywhere’ is a Google Chrome extension which uses keyword technology to overlay Betfair’s odds on the websites of its competition. The add-on will also allow users to view Betfair odds and place bets while surfing other selected sports content websites.
To install the Betfair Everywhere tool go to: promotions.betfair.com/betfaireverywhere
Scary privacy policy with Betfaireverywhere: "Information relating to the third party websites you have visited whilst logged into Betfair Everywhere may also be collected."

These liquidity providers seem to be in place, so it seems a good way of attracting bets to the site (by turning the books' price-scraping of bf against them) if it works.
Doubt there will be many takers with the privacy issues, though.
