stewarty, I once requested 200 with bet 3.65 and was offered 0.03 (three pence). The bet was a 33-1 shot. I took the offer, not least because the cost of processing it was more than the stake they'd take.

askari1, I know someone who asked for a 30k win on a selection, with the same company and was obliged. (and I can prove it)

It's very easy to get big bets on with any firm. Just make sure they are appalling value and miles below what the odds are here.

had several 4 figure bets accepted at whs over the last few days, good value bets too - they never seem to accept the amount that I want but generally give something good on major football moneyline, less so on other sports although nfl was decent a couple of months back

They cannot stand best prices horses punters.... The line that we're arbers covers a multitude of sins--not the least the fact that they don't pay someone to price up, they just screen-scrape from on here.

Imv the relationship between bookies and sport esp. w/ horses is at breaking point. Small punters do not believe that they can win or that they cd ever get a return investing their time. The books are left w/ the addicts and their sub-10 quid bets as the basis for unsustainable stock market valuations.
