i have noticed a small pattern in the horse racing market that has go me exceited lol.
Not had a losing day since i started about 6 weeks a go, but due to work i can only do it on days off. Only doing small stakes at the moment.
Before i get too excited i want to back test it to see if it can be tweeked or if i am just having beginners luck.
Can anyone help with a spread sheet? i want it to start logging prices from the off until finish of each horse race every day... this will enable me to get home from work and see how i would have done.
i want to log a full months and see what the results would be using my method and a tweeked method.
I have looked at fractsoft but it looks expensive, i have also downloaded betfair data but its too complicted to work out.. just want a simple spread sheet logging prices that are being matched.
Good luck with that. You might get some takers but they'll want paying I would have thought...so Fracsoft might not be that bad an option. Using BF data on the other hand isn't that hard ffs...all you do is exclude the columns you don't want and you end up with exactly what you seek.
Just in case you spotted that there are times when more than one horse trades below evens simultaneously in running the delay would probably scupper any chances of you getting matched on all of them...I know cos I went down that route already.
Anyway, all the best...
