Same here , just e-mailed them but no reply yet , as it's happened to quite a few hopefully it's an error.

How can they create a charge and take it out in advance based on a week that you haven't get played in?

I see. at least one cannot compare them to the highstreet firms that act more like scrooge with there polices towards winners and over-rounds, let alone their persistance in virtual chit products like the roulette machines and dodgy virtual races .

I hadn't even noticed that they'd taken my 55p Premium Charge twice!

It must have been the betfair christmas party.  The person that pushes the button invited one of the blackjack girls up to his office.  "You can do it," he said.  She pushed it and this digital counter went into action, complete with the sound of a Dyson. 

When it finished, she said "Wow, that was fun.  Can I do it again?"  Because his intentions were not to spend the night alone and his eyes were firmly set elsewhere than her eyes, his brain didn't hear what she said and he simply said "Yes" without thinking.

And before he could stop her, she hit the button again, the dyson sound drowned out by her giddy laughter as she danced around his office.
