In my experience you are unlikely to get any reply at all if you haven't received one in 9 hours. When they do reply they are usually pretty quick about it. To be fair they do reply to most emails, but it seems about 1 in 10 "go missing". Call them I say.
Probably all busy developing exciting and innovative new products for us.
There is a new guy starting - if you can hang on until August? 
I know exactly where to go if I really want action. The trouble is that I am worn down by their general apathy.
