How much would you pay someone to setup online acc's in their name?

Myself, like probably 95% of the other people on here either have no online acc's or a couple at best... I have been talking to a couple of friends about this who have little or no interest in betting who would be willing to set them up in return for a fee...

The question is what would people on here pay if given the option themselves... I have in mind a figure to give the lad a ton a month until the inevitable axe falls!!

Only other option i have came across is betbutler and pay 3%...however, not sure of my chances of getting a lump on through them if the price required involves any firm outside of the big 3.

M/O is I take ep's either the night b4, or early morning so that rules out going on here as liquidity is useless for nags until 10 mins b4 the race.
