Darn I can't make Dec 3rd. Would have liked to have made it but have got another xmas party on that day. Enjoyed the last bash and if you've never been before bring your drinking A game to the party!

what a great evening, gratitude 'n thanks to Mr Magician and Mr Pumpkin.

Just got home. Thanks very much to the Magician for organizing this wonderful evening. Thanks also to Pumpkinslayer for picking up half the tab, a very generous gesture. The restaurant was lovely, and the company fantastic, although the service was slow, which didn’t matter to us, but there was no chance of us being out by 9PM as specified.
The casino was nice too, although the evening ended rather prematurely for me when the Russian mobsters on the door would not let me back inside when I took a break to check the weather outside, bizarrely claiming that I was over-refreshed!. I did try to explain to them that I had only had managed to down 5 glasses of wine and 4 or 5 beers, due to the slow service at the restaurant, but they were unwilling to believe me. Still I came out £100 ahead at the casino, which would almost certainly have gone back into the kitty and much more beside if they been decent enough to allow us back in.
Anyway some kind soul accompanied me on the 159 bus part of the way home, and I managed to find an amiable Nigerian minicab to take me on the last leg of the journey, for £22, which still left me ahead on the evening.
So thanks once again to the Magician for a superb evening and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Not feeling too great at the moment but really enjoyed the evening. Shame the door men at the casino had an attitude problem and seemed to accuse everyone of being drunk.

Thank you all for a wonderful evening rolled in about 445 am after touring the casino s of london and getting in several cabs.My pocket appeared to have more money in than when i left so it appears everyone done well lol and lastly a very special thank you to Magician and Pumpkin for their generosity what a great bunch of people.

Was indeed a fun night, so no need to wait 12 months for the next one... perhaps a summer race meet again.
Amazed at some of the winning strategies this group had for Roulette... casino did not stand a chance, so no surprise everyone went home with more than they came with.
I would say well done to “XXXXXXXXX” who seemed to pester the only lady present a ‘moderate’ amount... a big improvement on the ‘borderline stalker’ activity of last year.
One individual who shall remain nameless said “that PC3 is the best thing ever” and IT WAS NOT ME... but I will not name them, as they were so drunk the casino did not want to let them in – and they might claim insanity at the time of making the remark
Well done to Seathestars for spilling more wine than he drank.... and he drank alot...
No photos of the night , but if there were some I would say the most unify feature of all 20 odd attendees  is that none of them ever go near a hairdresser – so seriously dreadful examples of hair styles and management... I might have to put a “hair code” on next year’s event...
But obviously the company was charming so much so that someone started playing chess online at the dinner table LOL...
And the biggest effort of the night to MrsAV, as the only women willing to tolerate 20 exceptionally handsome, well groomed witting and entertaining  guys for 8 hours...
