Of course arbing exsists, just that therer are losing arbs and winning arbs, so having no control over the result is immaterial.

It is very difficult, though, to control your exposure to peculiarities of esp. exchanges' t&c s e.g the pc if you are arbing.

You shouldn't have to pay it, but you well might as a successful arber.

Dont think you will hit the premium charge as a sucessful arber, 4 years stats of my arbing = the following

I'm in the same boat 7child, but do a Monte Carlo simulation and you will see that there is a genuine chance of paying the pc just arbing, just as there is of paying it as a random bettor.

Bf will say that pc winners shd arb or take on cross-platform bets to mitigate pc, but a Rix / Pricewise / Isiris arber on the horses cd easily rack up a long winning run on here.
