Just had a thought, I heard recently that the tote had been sold to a bookmakers so correct me if I am wrong will there be worse odds on the tote at all the tracks or have they maintained the tote as better alternative to the sp at all these tracks, anyone have
a clue. could explain some of the terrible over-rounds at some dog tracks now?

Nothing to do with it. Percentages varying from around an excellent 115 at Wimbledon to a disgraceful 145% at Sunderland and not a single article worth reading in the trade paper about all this , just drivel. How bout doing a little worthwile article about lack of internet dog pictures, unavailability of dvd's at some tracks and late form going up on the Post website. All this is deterring people from going to the tracks, why are they paying certain so called promoters from doing the opposite. Over to you Post journalists, dare you to write something hard hiting and controversial!
