I am still none the wiser as to why I was banned for a month as are many people who emailed me and told me that my advice on the PC was more instructional than Betfair bashing. I was also told that I simply had to request reinstatement. My requests were ignored for 3 days and after lodging a formal complaint my numerous emails were finally responded to. I really do not think the way customers are being treated at the moment is acceptable and Betfair need to look into this.

Having ignored all my seven or so replies in the last 10 days regarding my ban the forum police have emailed me to tell me that my chat name is unacceptable (after many months). They have invited me to reply with alternative names but surely their email is faulty and any reply would be fruitless ?.
