Can you use this to withdraw say £i00 to a registerd card account from which only £20 has been deposited ?
or does it have to go to a previously unregistered account ?

Wolfatthedoor, I think those rules only apply to Mastercard debit cards. I withdraw every Sunday back to a debit card that has only deposited peanuts.
Rs1, that limit applies to Visa cards.Wolfatthedoor, I think those rules only apply to Mastercard debit cards. I withdraw every Sunday back to a debit card that has only deposited peanuts.
Using the original debit card, withdraw the original amount deposited. You should then be able to withdraw any amount to that card whenever you want.
To withdraw using another card you'll probably have to register it, deposit, withdraw deposit, then withdraw what you want.
This is how it works for me. In UK.

Fred,I have a Nationwide Visa Debit card. The card I used for the initial deposit has expired and have registered the new card.Betfair deleted the old card.I am now in the position where I am going to have to withdraw some money.I was told by Betfair I would be able to withdraw anything I wanted to my card, however I deposited £10 using the new card to activate it and is now saying I can only withdraw £10. Have I understood your post correctly in thinking That I can still withdraw my original deposit plus the profit to the new card.

Ok tinca tinca I want a little word in your "shell like"
Recently you posted a rather silly statement aimed directly at me!
Bff obviously a loser with no aspiration.
My betting record this year up to april has very good but using hs bookmakers, in 10 visits to 3 different local bookmakers I made £1,500 profit, but after making the mistake of using the same bookmaker 5 times in a row I was coned out of £800 openly as bookmakers are operating a loose verbal contract for amending computerized tiling that they then go back on and avoid payment to winners! ha
I have been told that all my betting will be closely monitored in the future clearly indicating they don't want me in there shop as every time I was winning there staff were on the phone and acting very strangely towards me!
I will not be using the services of hs bookmakers in the future except for multiple betting at some point as they do not tolerate persistent winners!
Now I see that many complainers of the premium charge are not only never likely to earn pc2 status but in your case you post a silly comment and now create a thread about not knowing the rules about first time with drawls from a debit card or any other account payment system.
You have only deposited £10 then and have made some profit and wish to withdraw your winnings and have openly complained about a charge that affects persons on a betting scale far, far above your level and you have the cheek to rate other forum users winning ability!
Shame on you tinca tinca and I shall not take any notice of your remarks ever again

Firstly, that would be conned Mr Pretentious. Secondly,if you read the post correctly dummy, you will see that I only deposited £10 from the second card so that it would become activated. Thirdly, you are so far up your own backside you don't take notice of anything anyone says so I doubt I will be losing any sleep over that.
I would also be quite happy to post my lifetime p+l if you would be prepared to do the same.

tinca - that's exactly the position I was in a few months back, including the bank and amount. had absolutely no problems withdrawing beyond the £10.
BUT: I'd advise checking your bank statements carefully. a failed £500 withdrawal to the original card basically disappeared into the ether, and I had to go through a complaints procedure at nat west before they admitted they'd fvcked up and gave me the money back.
was nothing to do with BF, I should add. was purely a natwest issue.

That does not give you the right to assume any customer that agrees to the right of betfair to charge customers according to the service they are rewarded with is a loser or so far up there backside as you say, a simple check in the t&c would let you know that you cant withdraw any amount higher than than the deposit amount for a first time with drawl from that card, its basic money laundering protection and anti-card theft policy but in hindsight its an easy mistake for anyone to make who makes silly claims about other users and thinks betfair owes all its customers all the profits regardless of what they actually gain or put in to its business.
I would not wish to let any other customer know of my p&l and would advise others not to display it to others for basic privacy protection!

we all need different amounts of sleep, and go to sleep at different times for different reasons, I'm sure you have enough brain cells yo work that out.
Again, you mother must be proud of her troll of a son.

Evening mesmerised, may I suggest you start wearing gloves. In the unlikely event of you leaving the house it will protect from grazing your knuckles when you are walking.

Morning mesmerised, you have got my day off to a good start.I am pleased to see you are not on of the few morons on here, who given the recent events, have been on various forums trying to defend the indefensible. Given your concern for my Mother you will be pleased to know that although her care home is on the outskirts of London it is down a nice quiet residential street. As it is tuesday if Mum is having a good day she will be doing her art therapy so you don't to worry about her stumbling across this. Anyway as things are unfolding in this country I won't be posting any more inane comments on this thread.
