Maybe they know how you PC brigade already feel.So you dont need to fill it out.

Never got it. Did they ask if you understood that live pictures may be delayed and that in the pre-race markets you may be betting against people who have studied form harder? According to a previous survey they did, more people understood about delayed pictures and the intricacies of the bet placment delay than understood that other people might have studied harder than them. These ex-city boys certainly earn their money.

In related news, does anyone else actually recieve these points offers in their inboxes, or do they always have to find out about them through the forum?

I asked about it somewhere one time about what it's actually for and nobody seemed to know!

Figured it was just another bug, interesting to know it does something!

That's all I get too Lori. Only found out about the summer bonus thing via a thread on the forum and a bit annoyed as I missed a few days and my targets aren't that badly pitched.

They should at least improve their service levels to the wuthering heights of Betfair towers and send back an email saying it has been forwarded to the relevant department... with the same end result

Just looked at the Supersummer thing, 17850 points to qualify for £25, does everybody have different targets?

17410 points to get £25. how come you get 440 points off trevh?

and, um, investor - you clearly turn over way more than me. so what's with your piddling 8K target? I am seething

PC payer - not received it.

It's pretty obvious they've panicking and have realised they need to attempt to improve customer relations / customer service.

e.g. the recent outage and the service information on the announcement forum. A ridiculous amount of grovelling apologies / updates. Would normally have been 2 posts maximum.

Well in Betdakks defence they do send you a ticket number. Hah.

I got £25 free from betfare, but I have to meet premiumpayer on the old chalk cliffs at dover on his hols and give him a calculated nudge in the right direction, gee and I get paid for it[:D]
