Never got it. Did they ask if you understood that live pictures may be delayed and that in the pre-race markets you may be betting against people who have studied form harder? According to a previous survey they did, more people understood about delayed pictures and the intricacies of the bet placment delay than understood that other people might have studied harder than them. These ex-city boys certainly earn their money.

Whenever I click that I always get "A change to betfair's terms and conditions"
I asked about it somewhere one time about what it's actually for and nobody seemed to know! Figured it was just another bug, interesting to know it does something! |

That's all I get too Lori. Only found out about the summer bonus thing via a thread on the forum and a bit annoyed as I missed a few days and my targets aren't that badly pitched.

I just had a thought - it this perhaps the clean up from the last survey? I.E They are now trying to get the opinion of those who didn't complete it first time round?

It's pretty obvious they've panicking and have realised they need to attempt to improve customer relations / customer service.
e.g. the recent outage and the service information on the announcement forum. A ridiculous amount of grovelling apologies / updates. Would normally have been 2 posts maximum. |
