The trend will continue with enacting laws that "destroy the local monopolies" while in fact establishing conditions(especially on taxing) that can only be met in a semi monopolistic environment and that make it impossible to differentiate gambling products to compete(customers lose, but who cares?). The last part pretty much puts exchanges out of the race from the get go. They will have no way to fulfill the requirements for an operating license. After the French law was allowed to stand, all a country needs to do is a literal translation with "See, you allowed that already" appended at the end. It's just a matter of time before BF is pretty much out of most of Europe. I never understood if they are incredibly short sighted or just don't care about the European market, because their official policy seems to be to say "Good" & "Not good" while the actual laws are being made with fallacious arguments.
