Unlike the bookmaker version these Ferengi models rarely pay out at all and, unlike the bookmakers, betfair's foyer is littered with the fkrs. Instead of adopting an interface and rules (or even a different commission system) that would clear the middlemen, hooverers, trappers and shell and pea merchants from the foyer betfair have decided to keep them there and take a large slice of the action from them.
How many customers decide to never return having never made it through to the main hall? How many actually make it through to the main hall with any money left? What makes betfair think they wouldn't end up with the same share (or more) of the customers money if they always made it through to the main hall without running the Ferengi gauntlet?
Everything negative about this site is down to accomodating these nomarks and that includes these new charges which will traumatise a lot more people than those hit. Will we ever again hear of someone (other than a long standing winner) having 100K on the first jolly at Cheltenham?
I'm not even certain I'll be able to get a bet on stewarty. Clearly this place is out. Last year I used a long unused VeeCee (losing) account but because of horse activity I was later restricted to a £200 takeout (on football as well), so that's out. I can still get on with 365 as they're one of the few who realise that being a horse racing shrewdie doesn't automatically make you a football one but they're going the worst price. I'm also not even sure I want a bet as I'm not sure Celtic's superiority will be enough to overcome the bias. On a guaranteed level playing field I'd be tanning them at 5/6.

Agreed Feck. I've been on oddschecker and that's the best price.
Re: Rangers, 'Super ally' was interviewed on reporting Scotland the other night and when asked about their 2 million bid for a player, he basically said that he knew about it but had no control over the matter.
It looks to me that Rangers have a 'pretend to be' Chelsea head honcho imo.
Something that will give NL an advantage this year, surely.
As far as I'm aware, the centre half is still going to be there again this season. (OAP)
I got it wrong last season, but surely Celtic should be a 4/7 chance?
Bear in mind, the huns have won it 3 seasons in a row.....

They were 1/4 chances the last two seasons stewarty. The rest of the teams are so bad that 4 in a row is only a matter of how far the orangemen in the sfa are prepared to go.

That would be nice but there's also a chance of away game boycotts from Celtic fans which wouldn't help.
Never heard of that Feck. Would you care to elaborate??

Feck, I couldn't get back to you yesterday. I wasn't aware of any Celtic boycott. Personally I think both of the old firm should boycott away matches this season, (apart from the old firm games) as the old firm partly subsidise the rest of the SPL.
Anyways Feck I have more impotant things on my mind at the moment and that is making plenty cash.
You may remember I mentioned to you a few days ago that I could send you a cheque each week and hope for a juicy return at the end of the flat season. (less your 25%)
I've now came up with a better idea. Perhaps you could send me a cheque every fortnight and I will carry out your drip feeding instructions to a tee.
The genius of this plot is that we would both benefit with your well sought after ratings, and the fact you could trust me 100%
Speaking about %, I would have to class this as 'employment' and charge you a poultry sum of 10% of all winnings, and also benefit myself with getting the odd selection from you on 'elswhere'.
As you well know, 10% is better than 40% .......until I will inevitably reach the PC charge.
I eagerly await your reply.
PS IF anybody tries to undercut me, tell them to f o as I have gave a lot of thought to this cunning ploy.

On second thoughts Feck, forget about the cheque. A large banker's draft will be sent tomorrow first class. I prefer to strike while the iron's hot.
You have my 100% trust, just let me know when I'm on 'largish'.
