Withdrawal confusion?

I have a visa debit which I used to deposit the £10. I have withdrawn the £10 on to that. I don't understand how I get the rest out. I have read and read the info on withdrawing and it sounds like you cannot withdraw onto a card unless you have deposited with in. I know I must be getting something wrong but don't know what.

thats odd, i use visa debit and can withdraw as much as I like to it (net deposits).

the restrictions apply to mastercard. what does the error message say

You cannot withdraw more than GBP 0.00 via visa deb (Visa Delta) until you have withdrawn at least the amount you have deposited on each of the other payment methods you have used (PayPal). Please reduce the amount to GBP 0.00 for visa deb (Visa Delta) and withdraw the remaining via the other payment methods already used.

I have only used a Visa card tonight. I have came back to the site after not using it for a good couple of years. I had used Paypal in the past but my Paypal address is different now and the old one unusable. Could that be the problem, should I be withdrawing into my paypal account do you think?

i presume you have negative net depoits with paypal, so its expecting you to withdraw back to paypal.

best thuing is to ring them in the morning and have them remover the paypal account, then you'll be ok

ive never used paypal so im a bit in the dark but with a debir visa card you should be able to withdraw as much as you like to it

used paypal on here i should say, in any event a qucik call to them tmw and you'll have your money on its way
