I have that book (the Atherton one, not the special edition Mills and Boon above) and went straight to the interviews with Tony Bloom and Ray Joseph

He doesn't post on the bf forum these days, the forum referred to in the book is another site

Recognised a few of the forum names they checked in the book: Duncan Disorderly, Hank Sumatra...someone called '38', I used to post when those guys were around.
