Hello, I have a big problem!

I made a straight back with my account balance yesterday. now I want to lay it with a lower price.

I get the warning all the time that

"This bet could not be placed for one of two reasons:

- You do not have enough money in the wallet for this event. Use 'Transfer' to move money into this wallet.

- You have exceeded your exposure limit or loss limit

"

My initial back was 812 Euro, now I can not even lay 4 euros?

( My exposure limit is -10.000 Euro )

Please help.

Did you go all in?

Sometimes if you have 0.00 in your account it rounds it to -0.01 and then forbids you from laying off.

If this is the problem, give the helpdesk a call or deposit the minimum.

(I realise you should be able to lay off in that situation but it's been a bug for at least 7 years)

Lori is correct. If you don't want to make a small deposit, just call the helpdesk and explain. They will give you a short term credit for a few cents just to take you into positive balance in order to lay off.

And if you want to avoid this in the future, never go all in if you plan to lay off later. Always leave a few cents on your account balance.

Can't believe this is still an issue!
