I placed a bet last week and it lost but went onto my acccount and my stake is still there and my history does say the bet lost but it has a ! next to lost in bracakets and also a green ! as well anyone else had this, it basically looks like I have been refunded my full stake or the bet never went on properly?

if it was £20 and it was your first bet then its simply a free bet for joining.
either that or there was an offer on (say ... wayne rooney lasts 90 minutes without looking in the direction of a knocking shop and your stake refunded in full) or they have just c0cked up.
Personally i wouldnt be complaining.
