thanks for that.. As an australian resident just about the only way to fund a betd a q account is with monybookers but I always felt they were dodgy as hell.
Something about sending thousands of dollars to a website with basic spelling mistakes on its homepage always made me nervous. They also like to take ages paying out on withdrawels so they get more interest, though somehow the day after i ring and complain the money always magically appears in my bank account I just keep as little money as possible with them and have a seperate credit card with a small limit to use |

thanks for the warning Mr Ed, sorry to hear you've lost money with them. like LMansini i use them now and again although i am wary of the site; it's a case of them being the easiest way to do certain transactions but i will have to take another look i think and see if there is another way
hope you get some sort of help from the ombudsman |

"All you need to hack somebodies moneybookers is the email address, date of birth and last 4 digits of the debit card."
Mr Ed, are Betfair aware of this? I believe Betfair allow deposits from moneybookers. Betfair staff possibly have the information necessary to hack moneybooker accounts and I am sure Betfair wouldn't want to be involved in any way with the possibility of theft being link to them. |

I'm also having issues with clickandbuy, where I have £2k that I can't withdraw, as they are not responding to my emails with ID scans to verify the account. They are also not reachable by phone at this time.
I have sent them numerous emails, and only received an automated response. Have been waiting for nearly a month. I've now taken to depositing the cash back onto bookies, as that seems the only way to get it back! I'm giving up on ewallets altogether. |

have to say have been using moneybookers more recently as the 12 hour withdrawal thing more reliable than neteller which used to go in 12 hours but now seems to be random. Neteller also often having maintenance problems - does anyone know if neteller is any safer?
|

By:
It is tempting to use them as they are so fast and easy. But I suppose the ease of use leads to security problems.

carighol.. they are safer imo but they use to have delays..
|

I am not sure the security of any of them is that great as they dont have to abide by the same rules as banks.
|
|
By:
They now supply a security token for login if you ask for it - much more secure
|

Sorry you have lost out but it can happen with any 3rd party company, the security token is certainly worth using and don't for one minute think Neteller is better.

Neteller are a steaming pile of dung in my experience as well. Once they told me it would take me 300 days to withdraw some money before I got through to senior management and went mental at him and recieved it next day.

300days?
