Got a feeling they didn't test a lot of the important sites. It almost reads like a who to avoid in the betting industry (Exchanges excluded)

I realise that lot are a cut below even the others though.

Are they counting the time that once you place a bet?

I was a mates who placed a bet on Co ral around 2 seconds after the odds they offered then sat for around 30 seconds till they came back with new odds.

Betfair's time is quite respectable when you consider they want to transmit everybody else's business to every Tom, Dick and Julian who requests it.

Would imagine its just the home page or one or 2 'typical' pages rather than the bet process. You would need to be putting on a bet every few minutes to monitor the bet placing response times accurately.

this one looks more upto date. not sure what sport book indicates, but last mile is previous month i think. Betfair 22nd in response time. 94.60% available, for a month thats 36 hours downtime.

I can't see how they get 100% even before the recent issues. I don't recall a week on here without a few minutes downtime completely at random thrown in.

The 100% will be a problem with the monitoring data. They may only monitor every 5 or 30 mins for example.
