thought id ask here as very little sense on footy

Depends on the liquidity in the correct score market for any particular match, but on average a 10.0 kick off will hit 6.0 at around 25 minutes.
Fulham v West Brom had a back price for 0-0 of 10.5 and it was at 6.0 after 32 mins.

He wasn't asking when the goal would go in. He wanted to know where the Betfair market would move to. The former is unpredictable, the latter much less so.
