Little bit of Help

I'm new here and new to online betting in general, I took up the £30 no risk offer as shown here http://www.betfairfootball.com/, and placed several bets. Two bets were placed on the football for tomorrow, two on the Arsenal Barca game and one on the Roma game. Out of these bets, I lost two out of three. It says "We will refund all your losses on all bets up to £30 across the next seven days",  As my account hasn't been credited with the money from the losses, I'm beginning to wonder if there's a catch I have missed, or whether it will just take a while to be refunded.

Can anybody enlighten me on this?
